Shopping with Maachla is easy – starting with the sign up. Create an account FREE today and you could be shopping for your groceries online just a few minutes from now.

Before you sign up, you'll simply need your:
Mobile number and Address


What does Maachla mean? 


Maachla is a traditional Kuwaiti word simply meaning "groceries". 

What happens when you sign-up?

To simplify matters, your username is your mobile number. You’ll need this every time you log in to Maachla, you'll also need a password for logging in.



How do I order my groceries?


You have 3 options:

  • Order online on www.maachla.com
  • Call us on 22 6666 11 and place an order.
  • Email us your shopping list to info@maachla.com and we'll do the shopping and carrying to your door!


When does Maachla deliver?


We deliver from 6 am to 1 am seven days a week to where you live. Once on the site, having inputted your residential area, you can view the delivery options available.



How to book a delivery?

Make sure you book a delivery slot, preferably, before starting your shopping, so that you have a bigger chance of having your shopping delivered at a more convenient time! 

Start shopping!

Browse through our aisles and shelves by clicking on the area you want e.g Drinks to see the aisle then click on the aisle name to see all the products there. You can add/remove items from your trolley as often as you like. Once you've finished shopping, click on the Check Out button and you'll be able to see how much you've spent, your total savings and the number of items in your trolley. This is an estimated total and estimated total savings amount to allow for any substitutions that may occur on delivery.



What is the minimum order value?


The minimum order value starts at 4 KD. Some delivery slots may require higher minimum order amounts depending on the slots timings which can be found in the slots booking page.


To where do we deliver?


Maachla delivers to residential areas in Kuwait for free!



What is a Redeem Customer?


Redeem customer - a service that can enable you to earn back 2.5% of your total purchases. The amount can be utilized as a discount voucher for every 100 KD spent on purchases from Maachla per quarter. The voucher will be sent to you at the end of each quarter throughout the whole year.



How do you calculate my 2.5% profits?


We offer 2.5% profits per quarter for our customers only when their total purchases per quarter reach a minimum of KD 100 as explained in the below table.


1st Quarter

A minimum of KD 100* in total purchases in the period between 1-January to 31-March

2nd Quarter

A minimum of KD 100* in total purchases in the period between 1-April to 30-June

3rd Quarter

A minimum of KD 100* in total purchases in the period between 1-July to 30-September

4th Quarter

A minimum of KD 100* in total purchases in the period between 1-October to 31-December

* If you spend 100 KD or more per quarter then the profits voucher will be sent to you at the end of each quarter throughout the whole year.



Example for profits calculation?


If you spend KD 100 in one quarter, you'll be entitled for KD 2.5 of profits and so on!



Can you get special offers like they do in store?


Special offers are available on certain products throughout the site and offers change regularly. There is also a dedicated “Special Offers” area of Maachla.com.


What payment methods does Maachla accept?


You can pay using either CASH or KNET directly to the driver when you receive your order.


Can you change the order once you have checked out?


You can change the order up to 2 hours before the time of delivery by calling the call centre on 22666611 to change the placed order.



Can you return goods?


You are free to decline any product delivered by the driver for any reason (including the price on delivery and/or faulty goods) and you will be refunded in full only during the presence of the driver. If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product after the driver has left, you will not be able to return any goods and you may call the call centre for advice.



What happens if a product is unavailable?


If a product is unavailable on the day of your delivery, the driver will bring a substitute, selected by our personal shopper in the store as a close alternative to the your original choice. You can accept or decline the substitute on your doorstep. The price of the substitute will be included in the final bill, so a refund will be arranged by Maachla.

Please be informed that the prices on our site are only "guide" prices and can only be finalised on the bill delivered by our driver at the time of delivery.
